Trevari is a family owned sparkling wine house located in the Yakima Valley in Washington State, it was established in 2010 and focuses almost entirely on single varietal bubbly.
This non-vintage 100% Chardonnay was aged en tirage for 24 months and has zero dosage, meaning it is completely dry.
Classic notes of warm lemon brioche and yellow apples are marbled with wet straw and honey blossoms. Like the nose, the palate is fresh rather than overly yeasty. A fine bead and creamy yellow fruits appear in the mouth along with the faintest suggestion of toast and nuts. Stylish and lively it's a fine example of a blanc de blancs.
